The purpose of this study is to find the direction of improvement of contents elements, compositions, teaching and learning methods of law-related & human rights club program which is desirable of club activities in elementary school. So, this study was studied how to reconstruct or improve the teaching and learning methods and contents after using the existing law story textbook published by the Ministry of Justice in class. Accordingly, the researcher operated a law-related & human rights club from 2017 to 2019, and based on experiences in restructuring the textbooks, applying the theory of law-related education and human rights education for three years in elementary school. And the researcher completed a comprehensive framework for the content elements and compositions and so on. In the study, the researcher looked at the direction of law-related and human rights education in the area of creative club activities and contents in elementary schools, and looked at ways to reconstruct textbooks published by the Ministry of Justice in terms of content elements and subsequent operations. The implications obtained from the study are as follows. First, the “content elements” of law-related and human rights club program were reorganized from seven to eleven. Second, “club lesson plans” of law-related and human rights club program was presented as eight themes. Third, when we are operating law-related and human rights club program, it is necessary to apply various teaching and learning methods according to the school situation. Fourth, it needs human and material resources by the Ministry of Justice.
